Ron Philpott is an amazing plumber! We had him out twice, once for our water heater leaking, once for a bad clog in the bathroom sink. Today I needed to call a plumber and found out he is retired. RH was very professional and helped explain why my kitchen sink wasn’t draining correctly. He was on time for the appointment and it was a quick and easy fix to clean my kitchen drain pipes out. He also took a look at an exterior water faucet that wasn’t working correctly and explained what part needed replacing. He also took a look at my plumbing in the basement and offered suggestions on how to improve the drainage system.
