Karina had excellent reviews and a well-designed website showcasing her services through before and after photos. The initial online booking process involved filling out an intake form to assess my skin's condition.Upon arriving for my appointment, Karina warmly greeted me at the front desk and escorted me to the work room. We discussed the information I provided on the form and any additional skin concerns I had. I found her to be honest, engaging, and fully dedicated to ensuring my comfort and understanding of the process. She never made promises she couldn't keep, but there was a noticeable improvement in my skin after the first treatment. We collaborated on a schedule and plan to address my other concerns, and I appreciated that she didn't push her services or products on me. Instead, she listened to what I wanted to correct and explained the effectiveness of the treatments she could offer.I genuinely enjoyed receiving treatments from Karina today because she devoted the entire session without interruption which I understand is her standard practice and she explained each treatment and what she was addressing. “Sonia is a real gem in the City of Fairfax! My 16 year old son asked me to make an appointment with a dermatologist for his acne. His acne isn't so bad that he needs medical treatment, so I reached out to Sonia. Not only was she very responsive, but she also made an appointment outside of her normal hours to accommodate my son's busy schedule. When we arrived for the consult, I immediately fell in love with her cozy studio. It is small, but very comfortable and relaxing. Sonia took a look at my son's skin and the products he was using on his face. She agreed that he did not need treatment from a dermatologist...he just needs to clean his face properly. She offered to do a teen facial with extractions right then. My son hopped on the bed and immediately commented on how comfortable it was. Sonia cleaned his face and explained everything she was doing and what products she was using. When we left, his face looked 1000% better. The price was more than reasonable, too! I can't wait to go in for my own facial! Go see Sonia! You won't regret it.“

I couldn't figure out how to cancel it online. No one answered your phone and the voicemail didn't sound professional so I didn't leave a message. I sent a message. I did get an e-mail confirming the appt and it was easy to cancel. I made another appt. When I arrived Sophia was ready for me and very pleasant. She took her time to get my brows right. Parking was free and easy. I have a new eyebrow lady :)“
