We wanted to have the carpet and hardwood flooring in the main level and upstairs level replaced with luxury vinyl flooring. This included installing hardwood on the stairs that matched the vinyl. Also, we wanted to have a stair-runner installed on the staircase going to the upstairs level. Lastly, we wanted to replace the pad and carpet in the basement.

Dealing with Clawes was a great experience from start to finish. After receiving proposals from three companies for a straightforward carpeting job and a far more difficult wood flooring job, we felt much more comfortable dealing with Doug from Clawes. A previous general contractor had renovated our kitchen by installing new wood floors and then badly damaging them during the cabinet and appliance installation. The existing wood planks ran under the the cabinets so the old floor would need to be cut where they met.
