If I could leave ZERO stars I would!!! Just horrible company!! I will not be ordering delivery from Wayfair ever again if this sorry butt company has to deliver!! Cancel your delivery dates constantly and say they will reschedule and do t! I have been waiting over two weeks!! Wayfair no help but I will be writing a letter to Wayfair upper management about this poor delivery so-called company!! A joke!!!

The delivery drivers have terrible customer service and are flat out ride and unprofessional. Waited for my Mother’s bathroom vanity delivery (from Wayfair) as the delivery option they gave her conflicted with another appointment. The two delivery guys came unprepared to actually deliver the vanity.
First guy came to the door on the phone with someone, seemed like a personal call. When he asked where I wanted it, I told him it needed to go upstairs and he told me they didn’t have the equipment to do that. Would give 0 stars if I could. Company does not follow through with delivery date/times despite multiple confirmation messages and (resulting) accommodations that we made—we were scheduled for delivery today from 6-10am and I got a text at 6:50 cancelling the delivery as they “didn’t have the resources.” Only after contacting Wayfair were we rescheduled to tomorrow by JW’s HR person who made sure to specify that she does not handle scheduling. Will be interested to see if it actually shows tomorrow. As someone below said, not sure why Wayfair continues to contract this company.
