ordered a awning from Wayfair, May 27, 2025 July 11th text sent to me delivery for July 12th,,,I was out of town, had been receiving on my order as I kept checking the status before now , that only 3 of 4 boxes where at the shipper. Now they are to deliver July 12th, wife at home,,, no calls the day of delivery ,,no notice,, later that day the wife goes outside, there are 3 boxes,,, 3out of 4,,,This was really strange, why would the company deliver an incomplete order, why was the remainder of the order not received to the shipper? Worst delivery company. Have gotten 2 vanity's delivered from them because the first one came damaged. Rescheduled my delivery 3 times for BOTH vanity's. They won't reach out to you, customer service is rude, and they send their phone straight to voicemail then won't call you back. Oh, and every time they need to reschedule it's because the truck is broke down, or like most of the time, they won't tell you anything. Wayfair, you need to find a bee delivery company.

Ordered from wayfair… scheduled delivery 7/27-8/4… 2 days in a row said was supposed to be delivered and no show! Wayfair should stop using this company for delivery!!!
