I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Allen for the last year and she has transformed my life!!! Her bodywork leaves me PAIN FREE for WEEKS! She has helped heal my SI Injury through acupuncture and cupping. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable. In addition to these therapies she also suggests wonderful supplements that aid in my healing, most you can pick up from the office and use your HSA or FSA card with. I’m finally able to manage my chronic pain (migraines, neck and shoulder tension) as well as depression and anxiety. Her overall approach to health is the best! Where to even begin….I decided I wanted acupuncture to be apart of my 2nd pregnancy experience and as I read reviews I decided to call Essential Natural Health. It’s rare you call a business and the first phone call feels like home. The receptionist name whom I’m so sorry I forgot was the first reason I decided this is where I want to go. She was warm, welcoming, patient, informative and I can’t speak highly enough of her. Her laugh is infectious so hopefully that narrows it down.
