My husband and I had some water damage that required some significant work on our home. We have been nothing but pleased with our experience with Rainbow Restoration. We felt that we had great communication and the ability to reach them whenever we had questions or concerns. The guys who did the majority of the work on our house, Zach and Flor, we’re incredibly kind and mindful of the fact we were still living in the house with two young kids, while they were doing their work. I have been very satisfied with the work performed on our house by all members of Rainbow Restoration. From drying the area from water damage and removal of all old drywall, to re-plumbing water heater, pressure tank and new lines and filter, and finally, the new drywall and resetting of cabinets, etc. all work has been of high quality. Rainbow did an amazing job. I notified them after the first company failed to resolve my issues. Tony came out and inspected my seller and found that the prior company had only treated about 50% of the mold. The first company never cleaned anything but simply sprayed over top of the mold that was easy to get to. The rainbow team came in and sealed off everything. They removed all of the bad flooring upstairs and completely cleaned and encapsulated everything in the cellar.
