The folks at Kozy were able to fix an ongoing issue with our AC unit that two other large, well known HVAC companies in Harrisonburg weren’t able to figure out. Great trouble shooting skills and very pleasant to work with.
Kenneth came to my house very quickly. He was very professional and diagnosed and fixed the problem with my furnace in a timely manner and explained to me exactly what was wrong. I would highly recommend this business.
