They did have to come back 2 more time ago the same issue because of some interesting wiring that had been done. They state on the last visit we should have gotten this the first 2 times we were here. This is on us. Great company and I will recommend my friends and family to use them!“

“The job was to replace and modernize the service panel. Matt the owner is very professional and a good and prompt communicator. His techs were professional and courteous, doing a great job for the most part and Matt went behind to tie up loose ends. They did leave a little bit of a mess behind (and so did Dominion) but I'm happy to run the shop vac if you can keep the cost down.

Speaking of cost, the difference between M.E. and one of his competitors is that the cost to replace the service cable and weather head was factored out of his quote. In other words, the other company was going to make me pay for work that Dominion did at their own expense. To the tune of $800. Even if Dominion decided not to do that part of the work, Matt's quote came in under by $800. So thanks for saving me $1600.“
