After trying to drag a 5-gallon bucket of paint down a flight of stairs, I was in severe back pain. I tried a chiropractor; his advice was that I desperately needed some stem cell therapy at around $12,000! I was at a point where I could not stand up straight, or walk without severe pain, so I called my internist who recommended physical therapy. Best choice I ever made was with Dr. Sisson's office! I was originally referred for vertigo/dizziness/spinning. After meeting with Dr. Sisson the first time and a brief testing, he showed me simple exercises that I could do on my own at home, I am feeling so much better and in control because of this advice. The dizziness is gone, but if it returns, I can handle it with the skills I have learned. I am also continuing with Physical Therapy for hip/arm/leg strengthening with Charlene/Charlie.
