I do NOT recommend. It had been almost 5 years since going to a salon for my hair. After a little research and seeing the positive reviews I decided to call. They were more pricey, but I thought it would be worth it because the reviews said such positive things. The experience while there was mostly okay, the beautician was very nice. I need to preface by saying, I had an undercut, and I have been bleaching my own roots for years. If you look at my pictures on Facebook you can see that. At the salon my scalp started burning in a few places. I told her about it, she looked and said it looked fine, nothing to be worried about. I thought maybe it was from the heat lamp she had put me under, but even after moving out from under it, my scalp hurt. I told her again. She, again said it looked okay. I told her I trusted her and waited until she was ready to rinse my head. Then after the cut she cut my pixie and styled me. With it styled it looked really cute. She charged me $210 for the small cut and root touch up. I even tipped her because it did look cute at the time. The next morning I woke up and my scalp hurt so bad. When my husband got up I asked him to look and he and my daughter were furious. There are chemical burns all over my head. My daughter suggested legal recourse. Then, to add insult to injury, my hair cut is lopsided. The right side is visibly longer with no layers and the left side is short with lots of layers so basically I have to pay for someone else to fix it. I spent $240 for a bad haircut and chemical burns. I have documented the burns and would be happy to share. I know I will never see that money again, but I will warn all of my friends and family against going there.

Fantastic experience! I was three minutes late, and got my artist’s name wrong, and she was still so sweet with me!! Prices are great, service is great, facility is great!! I got a pedi; no awkward line of footbaths lined up with stench of chemicals all around. Quiet, secluded room, complete with massage chair that doesn’t leave you bruised afterwards! I also liked the modest amount of polish colors to choose from!! It was a fairly easy choice to make, I wasn’t overwhelmed with a million possibilities! Did I mention Mimosas?? How neat is that!! I was treated like royalty!! I will definitely be going back to visit Stephanie!!!! Thank you so much Stephanie for such a fabulous job on my feet!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
