The pool doctor crew is the absolutely the best around if you want quality service! This is a family run local business that is honest and professional as can be. I called two other popular and recommended pool companies in Lynchburg and they were barely capable of answering the phone let alone actually coming out to provide service. Communication has been excellent with the pool doctor crew and they did a fantastic job installing a new liner for my pool. With a new liner install, some minor leaks are normal and they came out and fine tuned some spots and got the pool 100% right. They are reasonably priced and will not try to pressure you or sell you on anything you don’t need. I am also a new pool owner and they came by and patiently showed me how to operate everything. I would never recommend anyone but them if you need a pool renovation or just regular maintenance!
Wow! Just wow! Chris and his team did an amazing job on our pool this season! Our pool needed new steps, and a new liner. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome after Pool Doctor’s work! They were priced competitively, extremely professional, fast and communicated with us through ever step of the way They met and EXCEEDED our expectations for what was needed often times going beyond what was originally discussed to ensure that they delivered everything and more then agreed upon ! We highly recommend Pool Doctor for your pool needs from general maintanance and even major repairs such as what we needed Scope of work : new steps, new liner, testing existing pipe work and repair, new diving board, and balancing of pool for opening 10 out of 5 stars for Chris, his team and Pool Doctor as a whole !!
This was our first year using The Pool Doctor! Chris and his team are top notch! Prices are affordable and they only recommend products that we actually need! Our pool has never been so clear! We will never open or close our pool without their help again!!!
