While getting our Propane tank refilled, we were told that there was a leak somewhere within our Five Star Cook Top and that it needed to be found and corrected. I called numerous appliance repair companies within an hour from us and was unable to connect with anyone available to assist. I then called Carter's Heating & Cooling, who put in our HVAC when we built 10 years ago here at the lake. It turns out they also ran the propane line to the house. Greg Carter was very responsive, and Jamie came out first thing the next morning. After doing an initial check of things, he disassembled the cooktop and found the leak at the regulator.
