Have only lived in Louisa for 1 week and had wet spot come to the rescue twice already for us and each time they have come out fast, have been super reasonable, professional, quick and honest. Highly recommend for any of your plumbing or hvac needs!
Wet Spot Plumbing & HVAC is highly recommended! We had a pipe burst one evening and we reached out to one large plumbing company covering the DMV area that's based in Northern Va. But they were unable to fulfill a supposed-to-be straightforward plumbing issue in our home (we were out of water for almost 3 days!). Their plumber came, identified the problem and said he doesn't have the part needed so he'll be back the next day (stayed 15 minutes and left). Never heard from the plumber nor the company the following day. I called Wet Spot for a toilet issue as my water bill was completely out of control..and I couldnt figure out what the issue was..i inspected the toilet carefully as it appeared not to be running and I couldnt hear any water running..I was completely in left field..so I made the call to Wet Spot. Austin was my technician and from the start he was professional. H
