My home away from home. LAWS offers a variety of challenging classes and the instructors make you fell welcomed from the moment you walk through the doors. I highly recommend the studio to anyone seeking to tone their body and meet new friends.

I highly recommend Lake Anna Wellness Studio. Not only have I met some great friends it's a great way to break up my day. The instructions are super nice and always exploring new ways to challenge the yogis. They offer a variety of classes to include private and group classes. I call it my home away from homes and look forward to every class.

Thrilled to have this wellness center within 10 minutes of the house!!! When you live remote it is typically a trek to find any service or amenities. Not true in Lake Anna! LKA wellness center is so inviting, clean and well appointed with Pilates apparatus, balls, mats, rollers and even ceiling hangers for scarfs. Everyone in class is so friendly and encouraging. And whoo-boy, did I find tiny muscles all over my back and sides that have been feeling left out of my fitness routine. Lol pretty stiff and sore today but hey that just means it was a great workout
