Experienced a flat tire on 64. Within 30 to 45 min they had me and my family picked up and on our way to their shop. They got me a replacement tire quickly after arriving. Professional, courteous, and understanding.
100% pleased with the service we received from Ricky and his wife today. We were traveling on I 64 and our tire flew off our truck. I called AAlways and they rescued us from the roadside and while waiting for Ricky to pick us up and tow us she inquired about the parts we needed and had them ordered and delivered promptly to repair our vehicle and get us back on the road.
