Dr. Hall and all of the staff here have treated me and my dogs with the utmost care and compassion. I had three senior chihuahuas, all with health challenges. Dr. Hall took her time and thoroughly explained everything. I never felt rushed.
I especially like being able to text questions like appt requests and medication refills to their main number. I always received prompt responses.
Sadly, my 17 year old buddy was giving me signs he was ready. I made the difficult decision to let him and his bonded 15 year old sister go together. Their room for euthanasia was warm and inviting. We were treated with care and compassion throughout the whole process. Things were explained and not rushed.
I have so much respect and appreciation for Dr. Hall and her staff. I feel bad I don’t know everyone’s names but every person we encountered there was kind and caring all of the time we have been going there. They treated me and my fur babies like family. All of my babies are gone now. When we are ready, I look forward to bringing our next pet to Dr. Hall and her staff.
Chris and Anthony cleaned our septic tank. They were knowledgeable and courteous. Chris isolated the tank lid by probing for its location. Digging revealed he was right on top of the lid. I was able to schedule a date for the cleaning, and the company provided a notification of when the crew were travelling to our location. I will be using this service again in the future.
