    First time patients. We choose this location out of convenience, as we live in Tarrington, so it’s close to our home. My first call I was told there would be a $60 new pet fee per pet. $120. I failed to ask if this would go towards the overall bill.

    This wasn’t the case, so I paid $120 dollars for the privilege of being allowed to bring my pets there. I’ve had diagnostics test on a car or made reservations and had to place a monetary hold, but it would go to the over all bill. In these cases. I was still charged an additional $242 dollars for service and the $120 was listed. So $360 plus dollars.

    Update: I’ve needed a few weeks to process the loss of Finn. We got five good weeks with him after his diagnosis that I will cherish forever. First and foremost I want to thank Dr. Willis and his team for providing the upmost care they provided 6-7 prior years and during the last six weeks of his life. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart ♥️ Dr.Willis for giving me 5 more weeks to live life with my beloved baby.     I have been going to Winterfield ever since it opened years ago through 9 different pets and we have seen all the doctors. They are kind, thorough, knowledgeable, understanding and easy to discuss issues related to your pet. All the doctors, techs and front office staff are caring and listen to your needs and issues.
