Nick Hix is amazing! Installed a new cold climate heat pump!!! It works like a charm and he is so knowledgeable and professional!! We have so much confidence in him and our home has never been so efficiently cooled!! Looking forward to a cozy winter with our new system!!
White Glove installed my Champion HVAC unit two years ago. I have nothing but kind words to say. The ladies in the office were so helpful and kind. The crew that installed my unit were knowledgeable and efficient. It’s nice to have a company that responds so quickly. They come out every six months to service my unit to make sure it is working properly. They are very reasonable with their pricing. I truly recommend this company. 10/10.
TLDR; White Glove gave me so much more than relief from the heat today and I immediately signed up for their maintenance program.
Background: my AC had been dysfunctional for 2 weeks. I went through 3 other companies to get assessments/quotes before finding White Glove. 1st company looked at my unit and said nothing was wrong (I slept in 82 degree heat that night, so obviously the assessment was incorrect). 2nd company actually hooked up some kind of measurement system to the outdoor unit and said it was “freezing up” but will be fine if I just TURN IT OFF when the fan started going haywire (ah yes, I’ll just not have air at all when it gets too... read full review
