Excellent massage! I came as a new client for relief from some stiff muscles, and left feeling not only less stiff, but as though I just spent time visiting with a good friend. Ryan truly takes pride in what he does, and it shows!

I've been seeing Ryan for 2 years with so many issues. He can really move my muscles and tendons around and get to the root of the problem. He does stretching exercises with me that are amazing. Ryan doesn't rush you out the door either like some others. He is one of the best.

Ryan is a gifted MT and the whole experience from beginning to end was a pleasure. I'm a Masters athlete and needed combo bodywork and recovery, which he delivered. I'm so grateful to have found Ryan and vitality health massage! I've already booked my next appointment:)
