I have been to some excellent Physical Therapists over the years, but not someone who focused primarily on strengthening and range of motion as it relates to golf. Andy Royal provided an excellent assessment, evaluation and PT exercises (with videos) directed towards increasing range of motion and strengthening of the lower back, hips and knees. For any golfer who has issues in these areas I highly recommend a visit to Royal Treatment!?️

I started going to see Dr. Andy at Royal Treatment due to a shoulder injury and associated pain. I did not wish to seek surgery, therefore, I would first try Physical Therapy. After two months, the treatments and exercise plan have strengthened my shoulder muscles to increase range of motion with reduced pain. Recovery is a slow process. Without this therapy my quality of life would be greatly reduced. Thank you to Dr. Andy for giving me The Royal Treatment!

Therapy customised for and directed at the patient’s problems all delivered by Andy. He takes the time to assess progress before devising the day’s exercises. Love the videos of my therapy that I may review to make certain I am doing the home exercise program correctly. Very responsive to questions in between visits.
