Good place and care overall, but I was with my mom today when she called to check the status of her eyeglasses replacement, and I overheard the staff on the phone being very sarcastic and rude to her. I get that it’s close to a holiday, but there is no need for the sass and demeaning behavior… especially since it’s an almost $1000 purchase.

Had my yearly eye exam was greeted with smiles. Miss Lyn checked me in and explained everything. Saw Dr. Bowman this visit she was very professional and explained the exam as we went along. Was patient and attentive. Had to have my prescription upgraded. Was greeted by Don who helped me make a decision on new frames. It took a while for a decision but Don was patient and did not rush the process while talking we realized our birthdays were only a couple of days apart which really made things more personable.Some changes had been made to some policies and Don explained them so that I would understand. Amazing and welcoming customer service! Dr. Brian Spittle was very friendly, thorough, direct, and very professional. Made my first appointment like I had been there before. Ashley and Julissa were fabulous consultants and very helpful from start to finish. Great selection of eye glasses frames of any styles and prices. The Eye Place Optometry, PC is the best and it shows as you walk in!
