My 88 year old mother-in-law had a plumbing issue. Not uncommon with a home built in 1940. The plumbing flawed, the wiring confusing. After having work done earlier this year there was a concern with an with an outlet & tub plumbing adjacent to each other. During my last visit in May my husband called Stemmle to express my concern with the outlet. That same day Stemmle sent help. Bill, Operations, Tracey, Kay, and Nick all responded immediately with empathy and professionalism. We were very impressed and thankful for their extraordinary treatment of my mom.
Do not hire this company. My bathroom sink started to leak and I called them for the first time three weeks ago. They sent someone out and he said he couldn’t find the leak but still charged me the $79 fee for coming out. I had to call them again two days later because my vanity filled with water. They sent another team out who found the leak right away and replaced a pipe. They also broke one of the drawers of my vanity and it has been unusable since. $220 later they left. The following week I had to call them again because the sink was still leaking. They came out and again couldn’t find the problem but said that they tightened everything they could. They also said that someone would be contacting me about my broken vanity. I’ve been waiting all week for that call. I now have almost a month’s worth of water damage which could have been avoided if Stemmle had done their job in the first place.
