Our usual technician is no longer with the company so we had a new guy, Dylan come out today. He was very nice and professional and seemed to be knowledgeable. He took his time discussing our needs and expectations (we have large, rowdy dogs!) and then got straight to work. I think he did a very thorough job. I’ll look to have him as my permanent technician going forward.

Xavier was the technician today for my termite inspection. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Alerted and showed me an area, in my mulch beds, that could be a potential problem in the future.Explained his findings and answered all my questions. Was very pleased with today’s service and highly recommend Southern Pest Control.

I am a bit neurotic about bugs and pests but Xavier answered all of my questions and helped put my worries at ease! He came up with a custom solution for us and was very thorough with everything. We are super happy with southern pest control!
