Such a wonderful experience! My first time at Serendipity and it won't be my last! Riley was the best. She was super sweet but exuded confidence and skill in cutting my hair. The complimentary hand and scalp massage was the best! I highly recommend!!
I am so pleased with this studio! They had great communication via phone call and text. The booking process was seamless. Mackenzie, thank you for creating such a warm and welcoming experience as a new client. Your attention to detail while listening to your client is a gift. Your styling made me feel whole again after years. This is how you create life long clients! Thank you!🩷
I went into Serendipity after having binge-watched like 4 seasons of Friends and Riley gave me the 90s blown-out bob of my dreams! She was so friendly and knowledgeable; the salon was gorgeous and clean; and my haircut was affordable. I'll be back again and again!
