I started here almost 5 years ago and would recommend Dr. Cara and Dr. Mariella to anyone looking for a chiropractor, but especially a prenatal/family chiropractor. Adjustments are painless, relaxing, and beneficial. My mood changes for the better, my body feels fresh, and I can move and stretch without resistance after an adjustment. All the staff here are kind and professional. You can tell by them and the atmosphere that the workplace is special.

I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and have been seeing the lovely ladies at Renew since around 20 weeks. The support staff is warm and welcoming, always calm and friendly. Amber is always attempting to accommodate hectic schedules with a smile. At my first visit, Dr Cara outlined a care plan for me and what to expect at each visit, as well as explaining in detail the anatomy of pregnancy and how chiropractic care can help. I have a chronic back problem that includes a bulging disc and significant sciatic pain outside of pregnancy, and I can truly say that Renew has made it possible for me to get this far in pregnancy without any lower back or sciatic pain.
