I started here almost 5 years ago and would recommend Dr. Cara and Dr. Mariella to anyone looking for a chiropractor, but especially a prenatal/family chiropractor. Adjustments are painless, relaxing, and beneficial. My mood changes for the better, my body feels fresh, and I can move and stretch without resistance after an adjustment. All the staff here are kind and professional. You can tell by them and the atmosphere that the workplace is special.
Dr Cara was welcoming, kind and spent a good amount of time getting to know me and my back injury during my first visit.
