Puritan is the best! I had my coat cleaned recently, and even though I didn't request to have the buttons fixed (several were loose), they fixed all the buttons at NO extra cost. They really do go above & beyond. Our route driver Randy is really good about checking in with us to see if we need anything, and we love the pick up & home delivery process. Every person I interact at Puritan has been friendly & helpful every time. Thank you Puritan!

Everyone was really nice here. I had a dress repaired that had come apart at the seam. It had to be sent to another of their stores for repair but they did a good job. It did take a little longer than the two weeks they said it would take, but that didn’t really matter to me. I will take regular cleaning there again, but take repair work directly to the other store.

On my first visit Jemelle (I apologize if I misspelled), provided excellent explanation of services, Great customer service and insured, I was satisfied with the service and the quality of the Cleaning. Very encouraging young man.
