I noticed the one other review provided 1 star because there was confusion regarding the type of physical therapy (PT) offered. This practice has multiple locations so there may have been some misunderstanding. I say that because my experience with the Midlothian location of Progress Physical Therapy has been PHENOMENAL! I have worked with Madison (doctor of physical therapy) and Carson (physical therapy assistant). Both are always super kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. They helped address my presenting issues in a way that gives me extra tools to use throughout the lifespan. The front desk staff are always courteous and professional. Highly highly recommend... read full review

The staff at Progress were incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and understanding. I went for about 6 months and saw amazing progress with postpartum injuries. We had some setbacks because I overdid it several times & both PTs that I saw were reassuring that it would get better and it did. Prior to starting with Progress, I could not walk for half a mile or more without pain. I couldn’t lift my son from the floor. It was a whole mess of other symptoms but after seeing them for several months I am mostly back to normal! I still have some occasional “flare ups” but they gave me the skills to handle on my own.
