    Wonderful studio to workout. You get encouragement and help from everybody. Personal training with Linda has made me stronger and I just feel better all around. I love Oxygen & Iron!

    After moving to he area. wanted to get in better shape and get stronger. Oxygen and Iron studio was the best choice. You can take a small group session or go with undividual be on one training. Linda really takes the time to listen to you. Her training sessions are pushing you but only to what's best for you at that time. I feel great when I ginish a session. I love that I feel better and stronger in general.

    Oxygen and Iron Personal Training is the best! It IS personal! Linda has trained me for a few years now and I am thankful for her support and enthusiasm but especially her knowledge and expertise when it comes to training. Linda knows the strengths and weaknesses of each of her clients and tailors her sessions accordingly. What is good for me might not work for someone else and vice versa. No cookie cutter approaches at Oxygen and Iron. Because of Linda I feel strong and confident that I will meet the challenges that come with growing older with grace and strength.
