We needed to get ten IP cameras and a few access points mounted in a huge warehouse, and a few data drops in the adjacent office. They were extremely accommodating to the office staff, even planning work around a holiday party. All of the work was quality, and the cameras look great.
When my wife and I discussed getting security cameras for the house we envisioned something professional with no blind spots. We wanted the cables hidden so you could not see cables running up and down the sides of the house. We wanted a professional crew that gave us the confidence that the job would get done quick and done to our expectations.
NTS knocked it out of the park! Greg, Tim, Steve and Brandon hit all of our expectations and more. Cables are hidden, camera quality is exceptional, angles look great and we couldn’t be happier! Initially, I had left an unfavorable review regarding my experience with Simmons/NTS regarding a desktop tower that had a hard drive issue and missing data.
Once they saw my review, Carol at NTS responded immediately letting me know that what I had experienced was not up to standard and she would investigate and personally call me. When Carol got to the bottom of the problem on their end, she quickly called me explaining everything and was very professional and personable. She informed me that two NTS coworkers would be contacting me. Within hours on that very same afternoon, my desktop was up and running. The two coworkers, Nicholas and Chris, were amazing!
