Mr.Rooter of Richmond recently repaired a leaking bathtub pipe at my home. The technician, Rob, was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired in about an hour and we have not had any issues since the repair. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Awesome service!

Very professional, makes appointments on time, assesses the situation and reviews repairs and costs before any work is done. Also doesn't try to sell you on work that you don't need. A+

The plumbers I've had out to my house are great. My only real complaint is that the water heater or expansion tank has failed more times than I think makes sense since it's initial replacement 8 years ago, but I don't think that's their fault.
