I have been a customer of KMI for many years and have nothing but great things to say. The entire staff makes every process very simple and their customer communication is exactly what I was looking for and is one of the reasons I remain a customer.
We have used Knight Magee for about 6 or 7 years. We have always recieved excellent rates, fast response, and great costumer service. Recently, it was time for use to renew our insurance. We have been having one of the hardest seasons of our life and griefing the death of our daughter. Meanwhile, having another baby in the NICU. I had not responded to emails, texts, etc. Once they got ahold of me with grace they have accommodated my poor communication. Not only that I just opened my mail and received a sympathy card from them! I honestly was in shock. It really didn't impact them and they took time to send me a sympathy card.
