I would like to say a few things about a young man I had the pleasure of meeting on January 27th, Jason Bradner. It snowed for two days, while trying to make it home, I became stuck in a ditch, along with a number of cars. Jason was there, to get the FedEx truck unstuck. This young man took the time and pulled every car, and or truck, out the ditch, out the road one by one. So, thanks Jason Bradner, super professional, great job.
My son was driving a work van on chippenham that was overheating. He was trying to get over to pull over with hazards on and had dropped his speed to keep the van temperature from climbing too fast. Your driver (he thinks his name might have been Mark, but wasn't sure) turned his tow lights on and helped make sure my son could get over safely. He then followed my son off the exit and attempted to assist him in determining if the van was leaking coolant. Your driver went above and beyond tonight and I am thankful.

Keith was great! Knowledgeable, friendly and caring about our safety in the middle of the night. If my Tesla ever breaks down again I hope it’s in the Richmond area because we will be in good hands with Keith and Jinks!
