“My mom has been coming to this shop for years, so when it came time to get my own jewelry worked on, this was the spot. I’ve now had three rings resized here. The owner is a kind man who does good, honest work. For example, while sizing one of my pieces, he took the time to restructure / reinforce part of my ring that was shoddily made by the original jeweler— and at no extra cost to me.
He always ensures that his customers leave happy. I’ve sent a couple friends there as well to get work done, and they have been equally impressed. Most notably, that Tom is an honest, upfront guy and won’t do any work that could potentially damage or weaken your jewelry. In this day and age, most people just want a buck. I admire that he won’t work on anything that could risk sacrificing the integrity of your jewelry and will communicate this clearly.
