Working with them has been nothing short of magical. The setup with Stephanie was SO informative and helpful and getting the flooring in has been wonderful with Joel and his team. Everyone takes the time to make sure you understand the process. They have gone ABOVE and beyond battling weather and power outages. So glad to have went with them.

Many thanks and accolades to J&S Floors from daughter and Mom team Christy and Trudy. We are so very pleased with their manner of conducting business, their products, and installation of the floors. Stephanie was most helpful and patient with us as we took our time looking at samples and taking them home, and finally after two weeks, making our selection. Installation went very well with a great crew who were respectful of our home and our comfort while they did their job. And a beautiful job it is! In addition to floors, we have gained two new friends and are so grateful for both. Thank you, Stephanie and John and your great crew.

Stephanie and John were fantastic throughout the entire process. We had our entire downstairs redone and previous flooring in kitchen had four layers of flooring under it. They were amazing and completed the job in one day! We will be using them for our upstairs when we are ready
