The wife does not care about your real nails. As she was drilling the acrylic off, she dug into my nails a little and I explain that it hurt. She gave me a look like I am crazy. That not good at all and it could be dangerus. It had taking a few days for the pain to go away. Yes your nails will look very pretty but pain pretty. I do not recommend this place to anyone especially for the wife and husband not caring how they treat customers nails.

My first and last time visiting this place! The “Husband and Wife” were extremely rude ESPECIALLY the wife! Will never get my money again. Do yourself a favor and never book with them !

Decent work and horrible customer service. I tried this shop for the first time March 2024 and I went for a full set + toe color change. Throughout the whole service the wife was extremely rude and rushed my service throwing demands at me instead of asking. She was doing my nails so fast never checking in with me or asking if my nails were to my liking as the client. When I asked her to fix a nail she responded with an attitude stating " just this one?". At the end of my service my total was $95 combined for both services with an $11 deposit. I wanted to try them again because sometimes people just have bad days. Today I returned for my fill in paying the same deposit and having the same person do my nails. The attitude was again lackluster making you feel like they never wanted you to walk in to begin with. Extremely rushed again and after my service she tells me my total is $85 ( with an $11 deposit ). How is my service for a fill in the same price as a full set with a toe polish change? When I explained this the husband cut me short and said " oh you paid deposit? " ... and proceeded to give me $10 back my total being $86 dollars. The pricing on the website is extremely vague with no set prices for fill ins and additional services and the customer service is downright terrible with my nails looking rushed and choppy. This will be my last time returning the work is ok but not enough to sit through such terrible treatment as if we're not putting money into these services. I wouldn't recommend going unless you don't care about how you're treated and don't mind being rushed and the nails matching the amount of time they took on you.
