Very helpful and professional from start to finish. Provided us addresses of houses with shingles we were considering so we could make an informed decision. Arrived as scheduled. Used tarps to collect debris and protect lawn and bushes. Worked in segments to ensure exposure to bad weather would be limited. Hard working crew who obviously knew what they were doing. Immaculate cleanup. Minor glitch with an exterior HVAC unit being slightly displaced. Hardest immediately reimbursed us for the mechanical contractor's cost to realign and test unit - no hassle at all. We are very pleased with our new roof and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hardesty.
I couldn’t be more pleased with Hardesty roofing. From the initial sales consultation all the way through the final quality check with Dale, everything was dialed in which I guess is what you would expect from a company that’s been around over 30 years. Shout out to the crew that did the work they showed up at sunrise and left at sunset and as far as I could tell, only took a lunch break. They were extremely hard-working and cleaned up really well after themselves. I admit I was concerned because there was a lot more waste material with a reroof than I expected. I am truly impressed.
Hardesty as a company, the owner, and the technician Coleman are excellent. They took accountability for an oversight and fixed the problem urgently. The owner called me personally on a Sunday to apologize and Coleman freed up his schedule to take care of my problem. I will be continuing to come to them with any roofing needs.
