Well first off I'll start by saying I do not like dentists I've had a very bad experience in general. This office in general has a friendly vibe . All the staff and very respectful and polite. Dr Patel is very nice she explains everything and is an awesome dentist in general. From now on I will only see her !! One happy customer ? ???

I’m only giving 2 stars but really it’s 2.5. Only bc there are 2 dentists I have seen in the Past that I really liked and the only reason I saw them was because Dr. Patel was out. So the 2.5 is for liking only have of the staff. Ashley the receptionist has always been so nice and very courteous. I’ve gone here for years, even when they used to be in that old house on Courthouse. I do prefer the new location better but all the times I’ve been seen by Dr. Patel.. well I avoid going just bc I don’t want to be seen by her. I’m waiting longer in the chair than I am in the waiting room. She’s rough, she gets up and leaves while in the middle of procedures, she... read full review

Excellent on communication with the insurance company & you. (Takes medicaid/medicare) . Easy to deal with. Gets pre- approvals quickly. Big, friendly staff. Just located by Chester Towne Center. All around experience is great. Highly recommend!!
