By far THE BEST GUITAR CENTER IN RICHMOND VIRGINIA! I highly recommend them because they are quite knowledgeable and are not punks that don't care about customer service only concentrating on selling the most expensive items so they get a huge commission! Kudos to all the staff in the Midlothian Virginia location! You have a really good customer now!!

The staff are friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they always have a very small inventory of used gear, which is primarily what I buy. They have virtually no used pedals at any given time, and I'm not sure why. If used gear is your thing, the Broad St. location carries a lot more, but Midlo is a nice clean store with nice people running it.

Very comprehensive selection of guitars, keyboards, miscellaneous musical equipment, and I signed up for lessons, and it has been really well-explained and well-managed. My instructor Chuck does a great job of reinforcing good habits and helping me achieve my musical goals.
