When I sat down in the chair, Ms Shirelle went straight to work. She asked and confirmed what style and how I wanted my hair to be cut and boy can I say she was perfect! Excellent Personable Professional Customer Service at Great Clips, Westchester Commons, Virginia. The hairstylist, Ms Clarita, who cut my hair did a fantastic job-I showed her a hairstyle photo of a mid-length female feathered haircut & she achieved it. Also found out Great Clips sells their own hair products line, so I bought the volumizing mousse. I lost my hairstylist recently, & was desperate to get a haircut today & would just like to share my experience with Ms. Freda ( Surfreda).Walked in door, & was greeted very professionally by Freda & felt right @ home. My hair is very thick & didn't want to push my luck with what I wanted, but Freda went right to work & I walked out of there a very happy customer.
