I just stopped by to ask questions about my next oil change and also I needed air in my tires. I was told just to pull up at one of the bay doors and I did and he was so super kind, fast and friendly. I probably spent less than 10 minutes total at the Firestone from the time I entered the door.

I brought my car in on a Sunday with a dead battery and they had it fixed by Monday. Also they did a courtesy check which was nice and found some filters they desperately needed replacing. Very friendly and helpful!

We were traveling from out of town when we experienced a brake problem. They squeezed us in and quickly found and repaired the problem to get us back on the road. They were very friendly, and took the time to show us the issue with the brakes and thoroughly explain what the issue was. They were very respectful of the fact that we were traveling and made us feel like our time was valuable. Kaleb and Scott were awesome.
