I love Dr. Palen! She always spends so much time with me, no matter what I am there for. In my opinion she's so thoughtful, caring, and genuinely cares about her patients!

Dropped me as a patient for not coming in often enough tried to set up a new patient consultation and receptionist was very rude. She hung up on me before I could get in a word.
