What constitutes an emergency to this company? I'm in need of an emergency extraction, got a referral from another dentist stating the fact. If I was a new patient, have me in by the next morning, but nope, because I visited a different Aspen in a different state 4 years ago I'm considered an old patient so now I have to wait 2 weeks while in pain. So again, what is considered a damn emergency to this company or any other dentists? I think not being able to eat or sleep, jaw swollen and can't hardly move their mouth without agony falls under an EMERGENCY.

If you call an they tell you they take medicade over the phone that's a down right lie as the lady at the front desk told me they are supposed to tell people yes over the phone..then tell me no when I arrive at my appointment after driving a hour away an I have a horrid toothache that's making it difficult to work and sleep..this company needs to stop the lies over the phone that's crap am I'm Mad af..if this tooth kills me..I will put it n my will my family will sue this company no question asked..

The reception is really unprofessional. I can't believe she has breakfast with her long nails holding the phone and typing on the computer. The staffs are keeping talking to each other instead doing their job. And when they do their job, they are careless. They will give you estimate the job done way over the roof before you can get your regular cleaning done. So good luck with your decision to find a good dentist.
