“Everyone is always so friendly and helpful at this office. Dr Brandon Wong is just wonderful. I highly recommend him!! I have a very complicated medical history and an extremely painful nerve condition (RSD/CRPS) that affects my face, as well as my entire body. I needed an extraction and implant, even though he was more than capable of doing it, he sent me to a specialist who would be better equipped to handle any potential complications. I did have some complications months later because of my RSD/CRPS so Dr Wong had to remove the crown and leave it off for several months. He checked on me during that time and told me to keep him posted. He was just so very kind and empathetic, as always. He put the crown back on today, fingers crossed!“

“I was a bit uncomfortable with my cleaning today. There was a lot of nervous chatter and my hygienist left the room several times for supplies. When I told her I needed gluten free toothpaste, she asked if the office compound was gf. I didn’t know-I think my hygienist should know . She fumbled a bit, but was very nice. I’m sure she’ll become more comfortable with time.“

I have been an Implant for many years. it's a little Extracting they are so honest and professional. Always a very Whitening experience! Thats my fillings and I'm not just pulling your teeth!“

“My family and I have been clients for a few years, but we truly had an outstanding visit this past week when I had to come in for my regular 6-month cleaning. I had called the day before to cancel because I wasn’t able to get a sitter for my two very young children. The office manager was so kind, insisting I keep the appointment and that the staff would look out for them. At first I resisted, simply because they are really little and can be a handful. But I soon relented and arrived the next day with my 1 & 4 year olds in tow. The entire staff ooo’ed and aww’ed at them, saying “oh they are just angels!” the whole time. And honestly, they were very well behaved (they save all the mischief for us at home!). But my point is, the staff was as extremely kind; offering to help a busy mom and just performing a kind deed to a person—expecting nothing in return. I love the staff, the clinic is always spotless, their dental work is great — we are definitely lifers. And I will be dropping the kids off for daycare with them on a regular basis now ? juuuust kidding! Highly recommend!“

“Dr. Mamrick has been my dentist for more years than I can recall. His staff has always been pleasant, compassionate, and helpful. A few years back he got a new offer manager. Her name is Ann. This person does not belong in his practice. She has been unpleasant to me too many times. She is not liked by other associates in the practice. She truly should not be there ruining Dr. Mamrick’s good name. I will never have dealings with her again. I will continue to go to Dr. Mamrick, but I am completely done with Ann. She is a piece of work!!“

“Man i don’t do reviews for medical procedures but i gotta say i just had a root canal done at Woodlake Family Dentistry by Dr Curt Killar and it was the best medical experience ive ever had. I called literally 2 days ago and explained my pain and symptoms and I explained i had a kidney transplant and she litterally worked me in the next day. After being seen yesterday because of my insurance benefits being lost Jan 1st they worked me in at 7am this morning for a root canal. I literally felt nothing and there was no pain. It hurt ten times worst just getting fillings at a place off midlothian turnpike back when i had medicaid and i felt absolutely nothing on this procedure. Because they worked me in i paid little to nothing and the insurance covered almost all of it and they wrote off the rest. Not only that but the Dr gave me his cell phone number and let me know if i had any issues even on christmas day i can call him while he’s seeing his family. They also set me an appointment on the 30th to get some fillings replaced that came out since the last place was so awful. I have had countless medical procedures done including TWO kidney transplants, but this was the easiest , the most pleasant , and the since of urgency by his staff and their attention to detail and literally making me feel like i was the only patient there was amazing. If anyone is in the chesterfield area i highly highly recommend Woodlake Family Dentistry!“
