The front desk staff provided outstanding customer service, always friendly and helpful with timely appointment openings. My cat received excellent care and the prices are very reasonable. Dr. Cindy Charbonneau was caring, attentive, and thorough, taking the time to understand every detail to identify exactly what was going on with my furry friend. From the ladies at the front desk to the tech to the Vet. Cooper absolutely loved the tech and was crying for her when she left the room. The Vet was absolutely thorough and honest. I have been going here for 12 years, since they were Genito Animal Hospital. I've never had a bad experience. The vets and staff are always courteous and helpful. And now my kids are grown with their own pets and they go here too. Couldn't ask for better!
