They take great care of our animals! I really trust the staff here and do not feel that they are pushing unnecessary expenses onto us. They always are kind and willing to help. They also always answer phone calls and can squeeze in last minute appointments.
As the pet parent of an exotic per, the staff and vet were SUPER friendly and respectful. My turtle baby needed her beak trimmed and the last time she had it trimmed, she peed on the vet (different vet). This time, my turtle was chill and didn't pee! They were very careful to not hurt my rescue baby, esp since she was traumatized when I got her. Very good vet care. They even loved on my 2 fur babies who came as moral support for their turtle sister.
They are taking such good care of my baby! They were so kind and fit him in the day of to make sure my cat Pippen didn't have an emergency, and fit him in the same day for a continuance exam. They are so kind, and you can tell they really care. Even though they're a little farther out from where I live, they are worth the drive. Highly recommend!
