We had an issue with ghost flushes in our toilet so we called 360 and was told that they would be here between 10am & 12pm that same day. Scott came out ( a little earlier I might add) and diagnosed the issue right away and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Scott was was courteous and professional.
