I was very impressed with Royston's Middleburg compassion and professionalism from end to end for my Aunt's service. All her requests were honored with dignity and respect. Dale went above and beyond to ensure everything went off well. He was super responsive and thought of things, you may not think of in times of grief. Carli showed calm and strength on the day of the service as things were being setup. She was kind, compassionate and understanding. Dale and his team at Royston Funeral Home were incredibly professional, accurate with reporting and advising where to really pay attention for details on the certificate , punctual, understanding , and just a wonderful caring group.
Right in the middle of the holidays Dale was still able to provide the death certificate in just two days and he helped coordinate with the church and cemetery to make everything work perfectly with scheduling the service in short notice given inclement weather the following week and other conflicts. Dale explained the process in simple terms right from the start. Dale handled everything perfectly and made everything less stressful.
