From Eastern Shore Regional Animal Control Facility

The Eastern Shore Regional Animal Control Facility is a modern full service animal care building with 14 kennels and 60 cat cages. The facility functions include specialized care of impounded animals, coordinating information for missing animals and preparation for testing animals involved with possible exposure to rabies, adoption of unclaimed or surrendered animals, maintenance of accurate computer records and collections of fees and management of office work. The facility is used by both Accomack and Northampton Counties.
