Sam English, D.D.S. is a compassionate and caring dental practice with excellent staff. Patients receive prompt attention, including immediate appointments for tooth issues. The office is staffed by friendly and professional employees who make visits a relaxed and pleasant experience. Despite some staff turnover, the practice maintains a high level of care and warmth, making it a great choice for patients, both long-time and new.
The place has really deteriorated this past year. Dropped my appointment this last time after missing a prior one. Said they could reschedule in two months take it or leave it. I have been going a long time but will not be going back.
I am brand new to this dentist and the receptionist area is very busy with a lot of things going on at the same time. What I found is most important is how friendly all the employees are. Fantastic people and fantastic experience.
I was highly impressed with the warmth and caring provided me at Sam English, D.D.S. The staff were most professional and succeeded in making my visit a very relaxed and pleasant one.
